This privacy policy explains what personal data GO365 collects, why we use it and what rights you have. It applies when you use the go365.ee website and the GO365 platform.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Echona OÜ (registry code 17256809, address Teeääre, Pühajõe küla, Jõhvi vald, 76401 Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia), which operates the GO365 platform (hereinafter “GO365” or “we”).

2. What data we collect

  • Visiting the website. Our hosting provider stores technical logs: IP address, browser details, the address of the page visited and the time of the visit. We need them to keep the site secure and working.
  • Account and profile. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number and area. From service providers we also collect the services they offer, prices, availability, a profile photo and the details we need to verify their identity and reliability.
  • Bookings and messages. The type of service, time, address, additional details and messages sent through the platform.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by a payment service provider, whose name we will add here before payments go live. We see the amount and status of a payment but do not store your card details.
  • Ratings and reviews that users give each other.
  • Contacting us. If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To provide the service (account, bookings, payments, customer support): performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud, to verify service providers and to improve the service: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as accounting: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To send newsletters and offers only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as far as necessary:

  • with the customer or service provider you make a booking with (for example your name, the time and the service address);
  • with our payment provider, to process payments;
  • with our hosting provider Zone Media OÜ (Estonia), whose servers host the website;
  • with accounting and IT service providers who process data on our instructions;
  • with public authorities where the law requires it.

The website’s servers are located in Estonia. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by the GDPR.

5. How long we keep data

  • We keep account data for as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it once it is no longer needed to perform a contract or to handle legal claims, except for data the law requires us to keep.
  • We keep accounting records for 7 years, as required by the Estonian Accounting Act.
  • Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period needed to keep the website secure.

6. Cookies

At the moment the website uses only one strictly necessary cookie, wp-wpml_current_language, which remembers the language you chose. Once you can log in to the platform, the cookies needed for logging in will be added and we will update this list. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we start using them, we will ask for your consent first.
